The above is subject to us having enough volunteers and COVID19 representatives to run each activity. We have appointed Dorothy Annesley as our Chief Covid19 Officer and are currently working on our COVID 19 policy which will be published shortly. All members and parents will be expected to abide by these policies if they wish to take part in activities. Adhering to Government guidelines and staying safe is our utmost priority
Camp in its usual format will not happen this year. Tests can be arranged after 10th August, we feel this time would be valuable to concentrate on the pony club tests, please see the link below for details. The pony club tests are an excellent way for members to learn about horsemanship while also spending time with their friends. It also provides handy exemptions for BHS qualifications in the future.

We need to organise venues & instructors based on demand, we would appreciate if you could complete the survey below if you are a member or plan to be a member in 2020. We need to know what you want. We are hoping to hold competitions subject to venue availability over the summer. Hopefully a Branch Show Jumping & Dressage competition after 20th July and fingers crossed a One Day Event after 10th August. We will keep you posted. We plan to make it worth while for you to join
Due to the nature of Mounted Games we ask you to bear with us for the moment, but not in a position to start back straight away.
Thanks to the 2018 committee we received the initial approval for an equipment grant. Lisa Dunne has kindly picked this back up and we are currently seeking approval to purchase an U10/U12 Cross Country Course. Our plan, all going well, is to make this available to members at various rallies whilst also allowing us to run completions at ODE’s and hunter trials for this age group. This will give us the opportunity to keep this age group active through most of the year. Other items on the list for approval are games equipment, cross county flags, SJ fillers and a defibrillator we will keep you posted.
